All products purchased from Susan web site are directly sent from the boutique, not from us.

Therefore, the delivery estimated time is calculated based on the location of the boutique and the customer, while the shipment charge is calculated from to the courier company that is linked with that boutique.

Please read the delivery policy of the boutique written under the picture of the product.

Shipment charge and delivery estimated time are calculated when you check out.

Please note that you can track your order using the information sent to your email with the courier name, website, and tracking number.

Orders inside Jeddah will be directly delivered rather than shipped.

Returns

Please refer to the boutique policy that is written below the product image in order to know whether the boutique allows for return and refund.

Each boutique that is partnered with Susan has its own policy for services. Each order placed via Susan web site is a direct purchase from the boutique.

 In case the boutique allows for return and refund, we allow costumers to ship the product they wish to return/refund within 3 days only from the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the charge of shipment, not the boutique or Susan.

In order to return your product, please fill in the return form and we will respond immediately.

The purchase payment will be returned once the product is checked for not being used, altered, or washed. Please, not that the returned product must be in its original package. Any violation of the conditions mentioned above will not allow for returning the product, nor the payment. The product will be sent back to the customer immediately.
